- Extended Sessions of 75 mins, 90 mins, and 120 mins available

Group Therapy

CLOSED- Rooted: An LGBTQIA+ Support Group Series - Life has been incredibly challenging lately, especially for Queer & Trans folx, who continue to be impacted by various intersecting oppressive systems in the South. Rooted is a 6-week support group series for adults who would like a supportive and therapeutic space to discuss recent stressors and challenges, while learning foundational information about the Autonomic Nervous System. Participants will explore self-regulation tools and strategies to manage stress and increase emotional resiliency.
CLOSED- Surviving The Holidays is a 6-Week Peer Support Group and Coping Tool Development Program. This group is for LGBTQIA+ people, residing in Florida and South Carolina, who would benefit from additional peer support and coping strategies to manage emotional discomfort/distress and the impact of being in invalidating environments or around challenging relatives during the holiday season.

I support romantic, platonic, and polyamorous relationship dynamics in the therapeutic space and one or more partners are welcome to attend any scheduled session. As long as the participation and attendance of additional partners is relevant to our discussion and therapeutic work, then please join us!
